So, I’m having a lazy day. Is that ok? I feel like I rush, rush, rush to do everything and I have already had a busy morning so I am voting for a lazy afternoon. I think I am going to do a little bit of sewing. I got a great pattern recently. It is Dudley from Melly and Me. Too cute. Then, I’m going to just take it easy and enjoy the sun coming back out. Oh, how I have missed you sun!
Before I forget, Abbie, over at The Handmade Quilter is giving away a fantastic quilt. The story behind it is amazing, so be sure to read it and then enter to win. I would love to give a quilt away one day. I just don’t seem to have the time to make one. Maybe it just isn’t my season right now for quilts. But, I do miss quilting oh so much.
Well, I just can’t do another post without any pictures, so here are some more drawstring bags I made. The Thomas ones are for my son and the baseball ones were for a neighbor. I just love these bags. They are so easy and way up there on the cuteness scale.
I should also let you all know that my blog look will be changing, hopefully, very soon. I love this brown background. It is cute and comfy, but not really me. A fantastic friend of mine is working on a fabulously fun logo for me and when that is done… watch out because change will be a coming! (On a side note, it is a known fact that I LOVE LOVE change, so this may not be the only time I will change things around here… hope you like change too.) It will give you more of a sense of me and my design style. It will reflect more of how I look at fabric and color! Yay! I am excited. So, keep checking back and just be patient with me. I’m not super computer savvy, but that’s what I have the hubby for… well that’s not the ONLY reason I have him, but it sure is a great perk!

darling bags, my son loves Thomas too, though I don’t think I know a little boy who doesn’t, lol
something I love is change, just like you apparently! so I can’t wait to see what you and your friend come up with for the blog!
Very Cute, my son loves to carry things in a bookbag – he’d take his whole room if it would fit. Can’t wait to see the new look of the blog!
That Dudley is adorable.
Great job on the bags!!!
Oh, and I cant wait to see the new site design.
Those bags are so cute! I just cut up some Thomas fabric for pj pants for my 3 year old.
